On two unforgettable nights in November 2024, the True North concert took center stage in the Crystal Terrace at Broadway Dallas and at the beautiful Swiss Avenue home of True North investors Dr. Greg dePrisco and the late Dr. Michelle Nichols. With an extraordinary cast, a talented orchestra, and a story that touches the heart, these concerts were a breathtaking glimpse into what’s ahead for this brand-new Christmas musical.
A Night of Music, Magic, and Holiday Spirit
From the very first note, audiences were swept into the enchanting world of True North—a heartwarming, fun-filled story of family, adventure, and Christmas magic. “Let’s Fly” ignited excitement, while the debut of the deeply moving title song “True North” left hearts full and eyes misty. But the show isn’t just heartfelt—it’s full of fun! The North Pole elves, determined yet overinvolved in Southern Yonder affairs, brought endless laughter with the uproarious “In the Dark” and the festive “The Best Kept Secret (That Everybody Knows).” The night closed with the soaring anthem “You Can’t Outgrow Christmas,” a joyful reminder that holiday magic lives in us all.
