About IAMT: The Institute for American Musical Theatre, led by Broadway veteran Mike Minarik, is a post-secondary professional training program with an emphasis on educating those who have the passion and desire to pursue careers in musical theatre. We believe by offering smaller, level-appropriate classes & practical learning experiences that interstate performance opportunities and audition preparation, our students graduate as some of the most prepared out there. In addition to learning from industry professionals daily, our students also have opportunities to participate in the development of new works; broadening their knowledge of all aspects of musical theatre while also building their network of today’s theatre professionals.
